The Winnipeg Association of Public Service Officers (WAPSO) is an associated dedicated to the civil work force here in Winnipeg Manitoba, we work for your rights and help you achieve success in your civil career.

When M9 was first contacted this website had been in process for several years with no movement forward. We took on the project and pushed ahead to completion in early 2007.
