The Civil Air Search and Rescue Association, CASARA, is a Canada-wide volunteer aviation association dedicated to the promotion of Aviation Safety and to the provision of air search support services to the National Search and Rescue Program. The role of the site is to help members receive up-to-date information from the National Policy and Training Manuals and to give the membership access to forms, news and other important information.

The M9 Corporation was involved in building this site from the beginning. A special challenge with this site was the requirement for a member management and login system that involved a server to server query system to allow members to access specific documents and internal news articles.
