Christmas Greetings!

Greetings to Everyone from the M9 Corporation!

We at M9 have been looking back over a very busy year; indeed it has been the busiest and best year since we started in 2001! At this time of the year we thought it would be a good time to reflect on our corporate philosophy before things start getting busy again in the New Year.

Christmas has come to mean many things over the years and most of them have diverged from the original meaning. These days Christmas seems to be about things like presents and excess; that goes against the original idea of Christmas when it was a celebration of ideas and beliefs. That's what it's supposed to be; a celebration of family and friends, a time to remember the old and look forward to the new. Most importantly however is the fact that Christmas is supposed to be about togetherness, honesty and ethics.

Ethics; when you get right down to it that's what Christmas is about for us at M9.

At M9 we work hard because of our ethics and we try to embody them in every single thing we do and in every decision we make. We work hard because we want our clients to succeed. Period, it is our only goal. And we take it personally; it bothers us when we go over our deadline (that happens rarely, once in the last fifteen months, but it still bothers us) because of our ethics. Mistakes become a personal affront and we work hard to correct them when we see them.

We also try to do everything we can to help businesses succeed. Looking back over our records we see that we always cut special deals for new businesses. For M9 it pays off because it helps establish long-term relationships and for our new clients it pays off because they can reduce their start-up costs. It's a win-win situation and it's also the right thing to do.

Every day at M9 we do extra work for our clients that no one ever sees or thinks about and we do it because we care. We try a little bit harder each day to go beyond what is expected of us and we like to think it makes a big difference. That attitude is what we think makes M9 special. And because of our ethics we think that our clients are special as well. We believe in what our clients do and that means that you have our attention and our focus, all of the time!
